Ero Gluing Systems has adopted OverIT Solution, the product providing advanced collaboration features relying on the combination of Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence. OverIT Solution allows expert technicians from the Italian operations center to guide their colleagues in the production plants located worldwide, throughout the execution of installation, inspection and maintenance activities of technical assets, thus ensuring their proper completion.
More specifically, OverIT Solution allows remote experts based in Italy and technicians operating abroad to share in real time audio-video streaming, documents, guided working instructions, multimedia files and notes in Augmented Reality, as well as fully record the operations executed for staff training and knowledge management purposes.
