The CAP Group adopted the OverIT FSM solution integrated to Salesforce and Oracle BI. The platform allows to manage business processes towards users from a technical and administrative point of view and coordinate maintenance works on networks and plants, mainly entrusted to external companies.
Thanks to OverIT, the CAP Group can now plan and schedule operations, also by relying on mobile devices for the management and reporting of field activities. Furthermore, the application offers specific features dedicated to external companies, for the full coordination of contractors in charge of plant maintenance, from the contract definition and price list consolidation to the reporting of the activities performed and billing procedures.
