We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Sustainability Report is now officially available. This annual publication provides a transparent snapshot of our activities, achievements, and the strategic direction we have taken over the past year to foster a more sustainable future.
Leading by Example: voluntary adherence to ESRS Standards
We believe that sustainability is a core value, not just a regulatory requirement. Although not legally mandated to do so, we have chosen to draft this report in full alignment with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
By adopting the same rigorous framework used by Europe’s largest corporations, we ensure our transparency and accountability are of the highest caliber, positioning OverIT as a trusted and peer-level partner for global enterprises.
2025: a year of refinement and strengthening
The focus of 2025 has been the continuous improvement of the foundations we built in previous years. Having established solid ESG processes, our efforts this year were dedicated to “fine-tuning” – maintaining, strengthening, and scaling our internal frameworks to ensure they remain robust as our software platform continues to evolve.
Our path to decarbonization
As a service-oriented company with a “location-flexible” workforce and a lean physical footprint, we are conscious that our direct environmental impact is contained. However, we also recognize our responsibility to meet the evolving expectations of our clients and the global market.
To this end, 2025 marked a significant milestone: the development of our Decarbonization Roadmap. This strategic blueprint outlines the concrete steps OverIT will take to significantly reduce our carbon emissions, with the clear objective of achieving our sustainability targets by 2034.
