A dedicated onboarding program
The first months in the company are essential to build a bond of trust and mutual involvement. To make them feel special, we have built a four-stage path, with the aim of meeting new colleagues, introducing them to the corporate culture, exchanging opinions and questions, getting involved. During this journey, each “new joiner” has a “buddy” at his side, who will be the first point of reference to turn to when addressing doubts and difficulties.
